Our regular location, Walter's Restaurant, is still under renovation to repair fire damage.

For the month of January, we will be meeting at El Ranchero Restaurant.  The address is 984 E. Foothilld Blvd, Claremont, CA.  There is a parking lot in back of the restaurant.  

Our speaker will be our own Ben Nance.  Ben will be discussing relevant legal issues and lawsuits being handled by the National Association of Relators, and give an overview of important regulations and issues in the real estate field.
