DESCRIPTION:\nOur regular location, Walter's Restaurant, is still under renovation to repair fire damage.\n \nFor the month of January, we will be meeting at El Ranchero Restaurant.  The address is 984 E. Foothilld Blvd, Claremont, CA.  There is a parking lot in back of the restaurant.  \n \nOur speaker will be our own Ben Nance.  Ben will be discussing relevant legal issues and lawsuits being handled by the National Association of Relators, and give an overview of important regulations and issues in the real estate field.  \n \nPlease join us at 6:00 p.m. for networking, and 6:30 for dinner and presentation.
